1. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical training, conditioning, dance, pole,
aerial, flexibility, and movement-related activities through Muvmet (“the Platform”). I
understand that participation in such activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited
to slips, falls, strains, equipment failure, and environmental hazards in my training space.
2. Personal Responsibility
TI certify that I am physically fit to participate in these activities and have consulted with a
medical professional if needed. I take full responsibility for ensuring that my environment is safe
and that any equipment I use (poles, mats, rigging, etc.) is properly installed and maintained.
3. Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the
negligence of Muvmet, its owners, instructors, affiliates, or other participants. I accept full
responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property resulting from my
participation.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Muvmet LLC, its founders, affiliates, instructors,
contractors, and partners from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liability arising out of or
related to my participation in any online or in-person activity offered through the Platform.
5. Digital Content
I understand that Muvmet provides access to video tutorials, courses, and events created by third
party instructors. Muvmet does not supervise or guarantee the safety or accuracy of any
instruction or setup demonstrated in these materials.
6. No Medical Advice
I understand that content on Muvmet is for educational and fitness purposes only and does not
constitute medical or professional advice. I am responsible for knowing my physical limits and
seeking medical clearance if necessary.
7. Binding Agreement
This waiver is a legally binding release of liability. I agree that it shall apply to each course,
tutorial, or event I participate in through the Platform, whether free or paid, online or in-person.
8. Digital Signature
By checking the box and continuing to use Muvmet, I acknowledge that I have read and
understood this waiver, that I agree to its terms voluntarily, and that my electronic consent has
the same legal force as a physical signature.
