About Muvmet

A Community for Pole Dancers, Aerial Artists & Movement Creators

Hi, I’m Anastasia Antonova – founder of Muvmet, pole instructor, and lifelong student of movement.

My journey began in 2018 at Foxy Fitness in New York City after years of dreaming about pole dancing since watching Olga Koda perform on national television. With no background in dance or sports, stepping into that first class felt intimidating, but it quickly became a turning point in my life.

What started as curiosity grew into a deep dedication to movement. I trained across different pole styles, studied flexibility and contortion, performed in showcases, and eventually began teaching.

Today, I’m based in Austin, Texas, where I’m building Muvmet – a platform and growing community for pole and aerial artists to learn, share knowledge, and connect. In 2026, that vision expands with the opening of Muvmet Studio, a dedicated space for training, creativity, and collaboration.

My goal is simple: create spaces where artists can grow, explore their movement, and feel supported in the process.

How It Started

What Is Muvmet?

Muvmet is a platform and community created for aerialists, pole dancers, and unconventional movers: whether you’re just starting or already teaching. It’s more than fitness. It’s a home for those who crave artistry, expression, and connection through movement.

 Here, you can:

Why We Exist?

I created Muvmet to break the stigma around pole and aerial arts and to create a space where people can feel seen, strong, and supported. Movement like ours deserves a platform that reflects its power, creativity, and resilience.

This isn’t just about tricks and technique, it’s about transformation.
