Arrival

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and setup.
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class begins.

Parking

  • On-site parking is limited.
  • Additional nearby retail parking is available.
  • Allow extra time and respect neighboring businesses.

Muvmet Studio is located in South Austin.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable movement attire, exposed skin is required for pole technique classes (sports bra and shorts, one-two piece swimsuits are great options)
  • Grip aid if needed
  • Knee pads recommended for floorwork and low flow classes

Bare feet or heels depending on class format.
